High Speed Slicer
The machine is designed to slice different sizes of bread. The BREDO, High Speed Slicer is three times more efficient than ordinary manual feed slicer. It is designed for heavy duty continuous operation at a higher slicing rate of 1500 loaves per hour. Its virtually maintenance free, noiseless, sturdy, designed and equipped with well balanced moving parts as reciprocating motion of the blades is thought a specially designed crank shaft housed in oil bath for continuous lubrication.

It has a capacity for 1500 loaves per hour, with a power of 2-4kw, 1440 rpm and 500kg weigh appox. In dimension this machine is w950 X l2250 X h1310mm

Flour Shifter
Flour Shifter is designed for aerating and sifting flour at the rate of 2 to 5 tonnes per hour.
Simplicity of operation
Flour from the bag is dumped into the feedhopper , where it is conveyed to the removable perforated steel sifting head and delivered to the bowl. The sieving capacity of 90kg per minute with a power of 440v with 3.2Kw which is offered by two motors.

Slicing Blades
We manufacture all type of bread slicing blades both non Teflon and Teflon coating made from hardened carbonized steel strips. Sizes are available as per customer’s request.
